When will you get your goods?
It is my aim to get your order to you as soon as we can. Pigments are hand blended in small batches, and should ship 3-5 days after purchase, so please bear this in mind when ordering.
UK SHIPPING:
Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked (2-3 working days) + processing time
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Royal Mail International Tracked. Fully tracked to delivery point and online delivery confirmation
Royal Mail delivery can take 10-18 working days + processing time
TAXES & DUTIES
There may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods that Homeware Design Co is not liable for.
All items will be liable for taxes, clearance duties & customs fees to be paid by you on delivery.
TIMESCALES, DELAYS & COMPENSATION
Please note that the timescales quoted above are those set out by Royal Mail. Delivery timeframes may be subject to change depending on Royal Mail services being affected.
Adverse weather conditions, postal strikes and peak shopping periods can affect delivery times.
Once dispatched, Homeware Design Co cannot guarantee that your package will arrive within these promised days because of factors out of our control. We will endeavour to chase up late or missing packages, however, Royal Mail do not engage in any conversation about lost items or allow claims before the following timeframes:
UK: Royal Mail loss claims should not be submitted until after 10 working days after the due delivery date.
EUROPE: Royal Mail loss claims should not be submitted until after 20 working days after the due delivery date.
REST OF THE WORLD: Royal Mail loss claims should not be submitted until after 25 working days after the due delivery date.

SHIPPING PRICES & SHIPPING REFUNDS
Due to factors beyond our control, all delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice.
Refunds on postal and courier costs will not be made for issues beyond our control with our carriers.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for any pre-authorised reason, unless otherwise agreed in advance, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
